"Little Red"
Loosely (very, very much so) based on the original Little Red Riding Hood fairy tale.

Script Synopsis
Little Red Riding Hood is venturing to grandmother's house through an enchanted forest. An evil looking wolf begins to stalk her silently from the cover of the woods. When showing the wolf, dark shadows are around him and the forest turns dark as if no sun light is coming in.

The wolf then races ahead and disguises himself as a friendly fox. He sets up on a stump at a crossroads, smoking a pipe. As little Red Riding Hood skips up he speaks to her pleasantly, telling her to be careful in the forest, there are all sorts of malicious creatures around.
The wolf asks Little Red if she wants to go down the path of needles or the path of pins. The needles are said to represent her maturity vs the pins which mark her immaturity. As Little Red ponders this question, the wolf begins to smile. Little Red shrugs and begins to skip on down the path.

Once out of site the wolf takes a shortcut through the forest. As he passes the scene behind him resembles a dying scene. Once at Grandma's, the wolf sneaks in through an open window and pounces on Granny, killing her.

After killing her, the wolf collects her blood in a wine bottle and pours himself a chalice full, drinking it and smacking his lips. He then prepares her flesh into meatballs and sausage. All the while being watched by a cat on the window seal and a bird in a nearby tree.

He then cleans up and disguises himself as Little Red's Grandmother.
Once Little Red comes along, the wolf greets her on the porch and invites her in. He tells her he has made some delicious dinner for her and will make her a plate. The "dinner" is Little Red's prepared grandmother. As he fills the plate over the stove with his back tunred away from LRRH he smiles wickedly and states "I made this especially for you my darling child!"

The cat and bird outside the window try to warn her what the dinner really is. The wolf slams the window shut and tells LRRH to ignore them, that they are forest trolls in disguise. The wolf puts the plate on the table in front of LRRH.

Little Red becomes very ill after the first bite, stating it doesn't taste right. The wolf gives her spiked wine mixed with granny's blood, which severely intoxicates Little Red.

The wolf then suggests Little Red take off her clothes to cool herself down. To throw her clothes in the fire because her sickness could be something hitchhiked in on them from the woods. "Those woods are full of mischief and evil" he tells her.

He then lays down and tells Little Red to come lay down with him, to let "Granny comfort her". When she lays down he leaps upon her and devours her in a frenzy.

As he picks his teeth, now out of disguise, a slight earthquake rocks the cottage. A view of the outside shows the birds flying away out of the trees and the cat and other animals scurrying quickly away. The wolf seems shocked for a second, the shurgs it off and continues to pick his teeth and whistle to himself.

Suddenly blinding light streams in through all the windows. The wolf shields his eyes with his hand. Then just as sudden the blinding light subsides and the outside becomes pitch black. The wolf begins to sweat.

The door blasts open and a winged horse, a Pegasus, comes through the doorway. "Bethesda" the wolf mumbles in horror his eyes fixed upon the majestic creature coming in through the doorway.

The pegasus, clad in leather and jewels, bathed in bright light radiating from itself and from behind it coming through the open doorway, stands up on it's rear legs, plunges forward and kills the wolf. Sending him into hell. Then the war horse burns the house to the ground.

The movie ends with a scene out in the forest on a bright sunny day. Little Red Riding Hood is laying in tall grass and wildflowers, being tended to by fairy like creatures. The cat and bird are there on the side of the clearing. They turn into spirit whisps and join the fairies, breathing life into Little Red.

She awakens and sits up, yawning and stretching her arms. "I must have fallen asleep after stopping to rest" she says. She then gets up and goes on her way, skipping down the path with her basket of fruit.

As she comes over a rise in the forest path, grandma's house can be seen in the distance with a blurred figure, grandma, out on the porch sweeping. She stops and both her and Little Red wave to one another.
