Nightmare Ending is the first proper Eluvium album released since 2010's Similes, the unexpectedly vocal-heavy ambient-pop record that simultaneously delighted and confounded longtime fans. But the Nightmare Ending story actually began years earlier, as it was intended to be the follow-up to the watershed album, Copia. Conceived as a way of helping loosen his self-imposed ideals of perfection, Cooper labeled each Nightmare Ending track as either a "dream," or an "imperfection" � a way of differentiating the philosophical concept of "dream vs. reality," couched in the more tangible technical distinctions of "flawless vs. flawed." With each progressive listen those differences naturally challenged themselves, and without relying on the standardized perfection protocol, Cooper became increasingly reluctant to release any of it. He shelved it, and pursued Similes instead. But Nightmare Ending wouldn't go away; it lingered in the back of his mind, the abandoned fruits of a truly worthwhile and noble journey towards a less creatively constraining mindset. Cooper returned to it with renewed vigor, writing and recording in a blur of time that spanned several years. The result is a body of work that encompasses everything remarkable about past Eluvium albums, executed more powerfully and poignant than ever before.

Werd (SOS) is an award winning, Edinburgh based hip-hop artist well known throughout the Scottish scene. He has worked with, and continues to work with new and old artists in Scotland and abroad, creating music with some of Scotland�s top producers and artists in the genre. Further to performing gigs at venues in the major cities, and hosting rap battles with Scotland Stand Up and UK�s Don�t Flop, Werd has excelled in this field, supporting the likes of Dr Syntax, Stig of The Dump, S.A.S. and Devlin in recent times.

The time is coming very close now when the Underground Records brick & mortar record store in Adairsville will close. The State Of Georgia will be purchasing the land and at this time it is undecided if the store will move to another location. The online mailorder will continue to operate after the walk-in closes though with much fewer items offered.

The majority of the stock in the brick & mortar will be sold. At this time all items in the store are at 20-50% off, so come in if you'd like some great deals on the remaining vinyl, cassettes and compact discs.

I'd like to thank everyone for their business, the brick and mortar never got off the ground really because just as soon as it opened I received notice the highway was coming through. So I never fully stocked the store or spent any money to build the business. Actually, for the 18 years I have been here this is the third time the "highway" has curtailed and ruined a business of mine at this location. The state is buying the properties now so I take it this time the road will actually be built.

For the remianing few months, I will have the store open mainly in the late afternoons when I have time away from tending the small farm I also have here, which will also be ended by the highway expansion; plus I have hundreds of hours of unfinished recordings to complete, hopefully, before I must tear my studio down, which is also at the location to be purchased. So if you're interested in buying some of the music from the store, I suggest visiting after 3pm Monday through Fridays. Have exact change also since I will not be able to make change on most purchases.

Due to time limitations concerning online services, I no longer will operate the Metal Mates online dating portal, located at rockfest.net. It has already been closed.
